Happy Birthday Adam

Happy 28th Birthday Adam

Adam, I love you so much. Thank you for all that you do for our family. Thank you for going to work each day, so that I can be home with the boys.

I can't believe that we've been together for 9 years now. Dang that is a long time.
I love you, I love you, I love you.

I love this picture. It looks like he is texting someone.

This is his fall school picture. If you look at his hand, you can tell he was counting down with the photographer. This boy loves his numbers.

Cael Turned 5

Today my first baby turned five. What?!?!?!? How is it that time started flying by as soon as I became a mom? Years used to take forever to pass, now they pass with the blink of an eye.

Cael is such a great kid and I am the lucky mom who got him. He is growing and developing so much. He is talking more and more each day and remembers things easily. He has a great sense of direction and tells me which way to turn to go to Costco, Target, and the new house. He is officially fully potty trained. No more diapers to bed or to poop in. Cael is doing pretty good with our move this last weekend. He loves exploring the new house and finding lots of new hiding places and ways to get outside. He is doing pretty good about just hanging out in the front yard and not running away.

I love him more than I could ever express. He helps me so much everyday. He makes me strive to be a better mom. He is my sweet little cuddle bug. Every night when we are doing his bedtime routine; we say our prayers, then I get anywhere from five to twenty kisses. We end with an Eskimo kiss, or as Cael calls it a nose kiss. I tell him I love you Boo Boo and he repeats it. Sometimes I am Mommy and sometimes I am Boo Boo too. And my heart just melts with love.

I'll post some pictures of Cael from birth to now soon.
