Surfer's Healing

Cael went surfing for the very first time today. It was with Surfer's Healing, an organization for children with autism. It was so awesome. Everyone there was so nice and it was wonderful when any kid would surf in all the people on shore would cheer for them.

Cael didn't really like it. I can't figure out if he was scared or if he was really cold. He was ready to leave after he was done surfing. I thought that he'd want to play in the surf a little more. I will definately be signing Cael up again next year and I think that I'll volunteer to help once too.

I Wear My Sunglasses At Night

Actually my boys will only leave this glasses on for 5 seconds at a time, but they like playing with them. You know that game...Mom put these on me...Okay, I'll take them off...Mom put these back on me please. The game get quite old for me, but they look so cute while they leave them on.

Silly Sleeper Squared

Not to be out done by his brother Everett fell asleep in his high chair while eating breakfast. It cracks me up that he isn't laying his head down. I always feel bad when kids are sleeping in their car seats because it feels like their heads are too wobbly.

Cael keeps finding weirder places to fall asleep. For the past two nights Cael has put himself to sleep in Everett's crib with all of the pillows from our room. He like to be under all the pillows while he is sleeping, so he is always super sweaty when I move him to his bed.

I'm Sad

I'm so sad today. My moms family is having a family reunion starting today and we couldn't go. All my siblings are there and I'm not.

At least I'll be going to Utah in less than two weeks and I'll get to see some family at my cousin Hydee's wedding.

But I'm still bumming that I'm not there now.

Where's Everett?

Everett was trying to hide from me yesterday. I could just hear him doing his I'm causing trouble laugh.

Love Him

Last night Cael went to bed really easily. While I was brushing his teeth, I could see that his eyes were rolling back. As soon as I finished he asked for some water. I left the room to get water, a diaper, and his jammies. By the time I got back into the room, he was sleeping. So he woke a little while I finished getting him ready. I always kiss him five time and tell him I love him when I'm leaving the room. While I was kissing him, he said it. I...Love...You...
Awwww. He has never said it without being prompted to say it. It melted my heart. Whenever I get frusterated with him, I just need to remember that he really does love me.

Tired Boy

Last night Cael must have been really tired because he feel asleep before 5:45 and slept all night long. Well not all night long, at about 8:30 he got up and ran upstairs to sleep with Grams and Grampy. But he didn't wake up this morning until 6:15. Wow 12 hours of sleep, that must be night.

Funny Sleeping Boy

Here are some funny pictures of Cael sleeping.
















He decided he wanted to be sleeping in the buff this night. It was even funnier how he had the pillows arranged on him. His head was under a pillow and his butt wasn't. So the first thing I saw when I walked in the room was his naked butt.




















Adam and I gave Cael a hair cut on Sat. I put him in the shower to rinse all the hairs off. I was just letting him enjoy the shower. I looked in on him and he was falling asleep standing up. So I grabbed my camera. He had laid down and was spread eagle fast asleep. After I got him out of the shower, he slept on the couch for another two hours. He was really tired.

Happy 4th of July

I've been slacking again.

Here are some pictures of the boys on the 4th. The boys just hung out in the little pool most of the day. Neither was that into the fireworks. Everett was too tired and Cael was more into the music that we were listening to.

Here is Cael spelling Bolt. This is his favorite movie right now. Tutu and Papa gave Cael some money for his birthday, so he got this movie with it. He would watch this movie all day long if I let him. He copies a lot of what they are saying and doing when he watches it.
